The Well is the property of the Rotary Club of Bala & Penllyn.

For transport always disassemble the Well completely and use bubble wrap to protect the funnel and the launch ramps. Ensure the nuts, bolts and washers are securely packaged and that the padlock and key are returned with the Well. We respectfully request that a named individual will take full responsibility for the collection, assembly, use, disassembly and return of the Well even though it is understood that several persons may be involved at various stages of the process.
The Well is loaned on the understanding that one half of the proceeds will belong to the Rotary Club of Bala & Penllyn.
